PTA Event Calendar

This useful tool serves two very useful functions:

Make sure your event does not clash with other PTAs in your area. This is particularly important for Summer Fairs when you want the support of the whole community. Simply enter the date of your fair and view all the dates of surrounding schools to make sure the date is free.

It can also serve as a great reminder for your members. Simply let all your PTA members access the calendar so they know the date of events, meetings and other important engagements. This is the private part of your diary and only seen by other PTA members.
